Complaints

1. What You Can Report

You can report any community profile or community activity on Zodiac Signals. Reports fall into five categories:

  • Impersonation: a profile pretending to be you, someone you know, or a public figure.
  • Harassment or bullying: content that targets, demeans, or intimidates you or anyone else.
  • Spam: profiles or activity built to push products, scams, or junk.
  • Underage users: anyone who appears to be under 16 using community features.
  • Something else: anything that worries you and does not fit the categories above. When in doubt, report it.

2. How to Make a Complaint

The fastest route is the Report button. Every community profile has one. You need a signed-in account to send a report; this keeps the reporting system itself safe from abuse and lets us follow up if we need more detail.

If you prefer email, or your concern is not about a single profile, write to legal@zodiacsignals.com. You can also reply to any email we have sent you; replies reach a real person. Our contact page lists every channel.

3. What Happens Next

We review every report. A person looks at each one; nothing is resolved by an automated decision alone.

Depending on what we find, we can dismiss the report, send a warning, hide a profile, restrict an account, or remove someone from community features entirely. We keep review outcomes private: the person you report is never told who reported them, and we do not publish or share what action we took. This protects you and keeps the system safe to use.

4. Appeals and Contact

If we take action on your account and you believe we got it wrong, you can appeal. Reply directly to the notice email you received, or write to legal@zodiacsignals.com with the email address on your account and a short explanation of why you think the decision was wrong. A person reviews every appeal.

Community restrictions never affect your purchased readings or your chart access. What you have paid for stays yours.

5. Illegal Content Concerns

Reports about illegal content go to the front of the review queue. That includes content that sexualizes or endangers minors, credible threats of violence, terrorist content, and anything else against the law. When we confirm illegal content we remove it, restrict the account behind it, and report to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

If you are in the United Kingdom, this page is our complaints process for the purposes of the Online Safety Act. You can raise illegal content concerns through the in-product Report button or by emailing legal@zodiacsignals.com. We treat these reports as the highest priority we have.
